Scarab's redesign. Not sure when I'm going to use him, but if another ARC comes up I might chuck him in there.

Vertical beater stays, but Scarab now has angled tracks. These should be able to give him at least a bit of easier turning. [/quote]
I like the angled tracks, I have a similar design in the works.

If I enter another game I'm bringing in new designs for sure. I already got 2 ideas. For starters I may bring in a robot called Groin Trauma. My second robot I think I'm gonna call The Garbage Man. Not sure though. Just brain storming...

Looking pretty sweet. Angled tracks are an interesting touch, too. Can't see the point of the yellow spikes much, though.

So you may not be leaving this game after all DRD?

For your own health and that of everyone on the board, I wish to repeat the advice I gave you to for every single bot you make decide whether the machine is a competitive one or a "fun/interesting/experimental" one, and if it falls into the last category, dont feel bad when that machine does bad.

What did you have in mind for Groin Trauma and Garbage Man?

Kody, I told you about Scarab, it looks top notch but the Scarab machine never appealed to me personally that much, you better bring back the Shadow Zone with flipper!

I do remember seeing Pepperdine somewhere in the CAD Archives on the main site. I like the look of that, though.

I would add some sort of stability in the front to brace yourself against the floor. If you were to suddenly floor the drive in reverse, especially with the rounded shape of the tracks, you'd tip right over and the blade would hit the floor.

Here's a couple new things

Image

New paint, wheels, and anti-spinner attachment. Blood Thirsty could have won if not for spinners, and I won't let that happen again.

And this is a new idea for a LW. Big spinning death blades
