But the faster he's going, the faster the hammer is going to come down. If I had a speed of 1 I couldn't even move backwards fast enough to make the hammer swing down; no matter if my torque was 15. You have to be moving fast, but you have to be able to stop fast too, so I think it's a combination. You need the speed to get things moving, then you need the torque to stop and reverse quickly and follow through with the hit. Luckily Sovereign's speed and torque are nearly identical, so we can leave it with a power of 7-8.

Well, I guess John's gonna have to clear it up. My figuring was that that speed got negated by shifting in an opposite vectoral direction.

Meh, I always thought it was torque from past experiences. But then again, robots like Overkill usually had extremely close Speed and Torque so even if I was wrong the whole time I never exactly made a mistake. =P
