Oh hey a bandwagon for me to jump on. Super-serious definitely-no-fun-at-all conference matchups from me. It
poopity scoop

Lemme take a look at my conferences here.

Underminer Division:
1. Zadkiel
2. O'Malley
3. Mineswept Away
4. The Smiler
5. Promethian Fire

Underall Division:
1. Game Over
2. Public Enemies
3. Pelican
4. Skate
5. Powerdrive Jr
6. Pyrite

TBH, not many robots I'm worried about. A bunch of spinners in the Underminer Division, plus Mineswept Away which could be close but I'm not banking on it being that. Underall is a bit more interesting, but the only two robots which pose a real challenge to Pyrite are Public Enemies and Skate.

Barrier Division:
1. Thunder
2. Clown Breath
3. Remi
4. Whipcoil
5. Om Nom Nomster
6. March or Die

Force Feedback Division:
1. Metal 2
2. D.U.D.E
3. Depth Charge II
4. T and T
5. Lyra

Barrier seems like a race between me and March or Die, with Clown Breath in a distant third. None of the other robots look versatile enough to really take them on. Force Feedback is a bit more varied, but only Depth Charge and the Spinning Goat Brothers look like they'll pose too much of a threat. Lyra could also be a challenge maybe.

Tank Division:
1. Cloak & Dagger
2. Klarinette
3. Landkreuzer P1000
4. Chimera
5. Undertow

Heart Attack Division:
1. Halberd
2. Escape Plan
3. Dr. Feelgood
4. Hypothermia
5. Tellu
6. Sparkster

Here we go. A bunch of tough opponents for Cloak & Dagger to take on, including the double (or is it triple now? i forget) champion Klarinette and the greatly-improved Chimera, and in the other division there's not only Halberd's massive axe but Escape Plan, Dr. Feelgood, Tellu and Sparkster. This is going to be a fun conference for sure.

Eurypterus Division:
1. Dat Dog 2 (0-0)
2. Sundown Ranger (0-0)
3. Fourth Horseman (0-0)
4. In the Red Square Minion (0-0)
5. Final Boss (0-0)

Copperhead Division:
1. Khnum (0-0)
2. Archetype (0-0)
3. D'Artagnan (0-0)
4. Bloodlust (0-0)
5. Terminal Velocity (0-0)
6. Mega Plowdozer (0-0)

More struggles for me here in SHW. Out-scoring Final Boss and Minion is going to be a serious challenge for an unproven machine like Sundown Ranger, especially with the heavily-armored Terminal Velocity and Mega Plowdozer waiting in the other division. I'm not liking my chances here...

I'm just glad I don't have to fight any of Badnik's robots (apart from inter-conference matches).

i hope metal 2 proves its 2nd seeding in my cardboard championship

"mr lifty" after the metal 2 fight
after http://scorpion1m.deviantart.com/art/pa ... -569505520

metal 2 does spin as fast as it does in rp as it does in real life

its so destructive and it has snapped a entire robot in half

http://scorpion1m.deviantart.com/art/pa ... -569504774
Okay, so the thing is whatever cardboard championship you have I'm guessing doesn't have actual rules for determining what robots are capable of and doesn't have opposed strategies since all the bots are yours, so it isn't even remotely comparable to ARC.

Anyway, looking at your bot:

Quote:

speed 10
traction 1
weaponry 11
With those stats your robot is essentially uncontrollable and the weapon won't do much to many opponents. Your weapon armor is also fairly low, making you vulnerable to other spinners. It's also top-heavy and can't self-right.

You're going to be facing an uphill battle to win more than one match.

Well I wasn't able to get the schedule finalized before the end of the weekend because of working pretty much the whole time.

I should be able to finally get the schedule up in the next day or so and the tournament proper can begin with next week being the first full week.

It sucks going 0-5. You lose all 4 of your bot fights for the week and you also lose at life.
