Robot Bastards - Discussion

Come to think of it actually, I might have a look at the matches for next week as well.
____________
LW- Speed Buster. Hmm, so this is the new guy that's been steamrolling everyone as of late. He looks pretty tough, especially with his High Speed and Armour, but considering Conks has fairly similar Speed and Traction to match, I think I can take him with a bit of planning.

MW- No Patrol. He definitely looks a lot stronger since he's dropped the gimmicky Tension Flipper, but considering Marauder's tougher than any pair of old boots you'll find, I think he's possible to beat. Well, more than someone like Luna or Square Wave, at any rate. :v:

HW- Terrordactyl 2. A TBR match, should be alright. He's got a Srimech this time, but hopefully I should still be able to clip his wings with a few well-timed flips and shoves.

SHW- Pathos. This guy's certainly stepped up his game since last time as well. He looks pretty tough, but from what I can see, he doesn't take being flipped over well due to how neither his skirts or weapon function upside-down.
____________

So overall, certainly some interesting-looking designs here, mostly from the newer guys. Should be quite a fun week, hopefully I can attain a 3-1 at least, maybe even a 4-0 with some sufficient application of brainpower.

It sucks going 0-5. You lose all 4 of your bot fights for the week and you also lose at life.

2-2. Equal best result of the tournament, but I'm a little disappointed. I thought Janus might have Barrier's number in the MW match, but why does No Exit lose every single match 23-22. Four of its seven losses have been by a margin of one point. Fnarg and other such words :v:

I'm hoping the next tournament I'll be very competitve. So far the line up in my entires look solid, now I need to make Chemical Fusion in order to complete my line up.

Were they posted after the 5am time Alex? If they were, you always run the risk of a forfeit. It's something I learned all too well during my early days on here. So when you post your RP's on a sunday past the deadline, you always run a risk of this happening, unfortunately you got caught out on this week.

EDIT: Alex, I've deleted your post for good reason, as this would spark yet another huge arguement that wont go in your favour.
