Here's a thread to discuss what bots will be entered in this new ARC RPG season. Also, I guess as things progress, it'll be more for discusing what's going on and who will survive.
Who all is ready for a new one? That's the bigger question.

Fuck yes.
For LW, I'd like to bring back Cacodemon or something like that because I personally think that he was shafted. (Underminer is dumb) Or maybe another anti-wedge-wedge.
MW, I probably won't be able to bring in Flank Attack because of the stat system. FA had to be at least above average in each stat, and it won't work with the old one. He was an FRR only.
So, I'm thinking of bringing in an update to Lunar Thunder. He's much sexier this time =)
HW = Tank okay? Truth or Consequences = dumb =(
SHW = Not sure yet. I'd like to bring in Eurypterus again because I think he can do better than 4th, but it would be nice to have a new team.

Well, I was considering bringing Underminer back, but now, just to piss off Siphai, I think I'd better beat up his LW with another one of my bots.
Which means, I'll probably unveil a new one too. Not sure which division yet, though.

I still have yet to decide what I'm gonna enter...however, like most others, I probably am gonna make mostly new bots since I want to once again start over with a new set of rookies.

Hehe, I think I still have some bots sitting around waiting to be used. When and where do we sign up? In the pinned thread?

Don't have a deadline set in stone yet, so you should be okay as long as you don't wait forever.

I just wanted to say how awesome it is that Gemini has entered Underall in the HW class!

Yeah, but hopefully the new treads should help it stand out and start a new kind of strategy. I'm eager to see how it does.

I am actually excited about this one. I'll will try not to flake out like I did in whatever the last tourney was, I just need some time to make some bots!

Ugh, I tried to think of a way that Black Hole Sun would work in any of the weight classes, but there is no way. Oh well, Cacodemon deserves another shot anyway.
Cosmic Thunder just doesn't feel right in MW. And I've wanted to try out a FBS design anyway, so I might as well put him in there.
I was seriously considering not bringing Tank back, but man, I am short on bots. I have not really come up with that many new ones recently!
I also wanted to saw how awesome it is that Fish entered Anderbot Jr. except with a flipper instead of an axe!

Except that Andrewbot Jr wasn't the first robot to ever have a dustpan. Whereas the 4 smaller hinged wedges is kind of an underall original design.
I'm totally flattered though, and I'm looking forward to seeing how gemini does with it. The current incarnation of underall is undefeated, and it's understandable that now there are copies of its design. It's like when John made Iced Out or whatever the ra2 bot was called and then everyone had a popup bot the next tourney.
I like the design though, gem. It's like underall crossed with drd's riptide from the old cfrc days.
