new blood in march?

I know we gained a few new members and was thing on doing new blood again but slightly changing the rule set the members who have people who have a only 1 or less year old account (so from jannuary the 1st 2017- April 2nd 2018)
I know this means many people won't be able to take part but the point is to allow new members a good start and fight people with the same skill level.
