Post by Badnik96 » Wed May 07, 2014 4:52 pm

LoRE is back with a chance at redemption! Woo!

Rules
For the full ruleset, check here:
http://advancedrobotcombat.wikia.com/wi ... 5_Revision

- Stat system

- There are NO stat bonuses. At all. No hammer gets a bonus. No spinner gets a bonus. Period. The (kinda) exceptions are dumb thwacks. Dumb thwacks rely on speed and traction for their theoretical weapon power, so their power is (speed+traction)/2, rounded up to the nearest whole number; thus, the bonus. Overhead thwacks are the same, except their power is halved again before being rounded up to the nearest whole number, so a bonus does not apply to them.

- Weapons (all weapons; not just axes) on turrets get one point deducted from them.

-NEW RULE! All melty-brain spinners get an automatic +3 to their Weapon stat. However, the robot's Weapon (after bonuses) cannot be greater than their Speed. If the robot has an active weapon (for example, a spinning bar) then the robot's translation speed is its Speed stat, and the +3 bonus will go there instead.

Robots that are banned
Flying robots
Hovercrafts
Clusterbots that don't have the same motivation in all parts. (i.e.: one part is a wheeled robot, the other is a walker)

Sign-up Info

- Everyone enters a total of four bots, one from each weight class (Lightweight, Middleweight, Heavyweight, Superheavyweight) and assigns them stats using 30 points per bot. Points will be divvied up by 5 categories:

-Speed
-Traction
-Torque
-Armor
-Weapon Power

-Also, you may enter showbots at any given time for demo matches, which can be entered at any given time during the tournament. This weight class will be superheavyweight and will be entered on a separate thread which will be open soon. These robots are subject to the same rules as here with a few special exceptions which will be marked out in that thread.

- The battles will take place in a Round Robin style (as opposed to the traditional tournament style) in which each bot will face every other bot once with playoffs afterward to determine the champion of each weight class. The playoffs will consists of 8 bots per class, with the top 4 bots in each conference. The #1 seed will fight the #4 seed and #2 will fight #3. The winners of those will then fight to determine the conference winners. The conference winners then fight to determine who makes the Final. Obviously, the winner of the Final is the weight division champion.

- No double entering the competition (which means no smurf accounts or anything like that).

Took me long enough to use this. 2WD drum spinner with a massive drum and a wedge shape designed to get under and push other things if the drum goes out. Fully invertible and the drum can reverse its spin direction, so it's always spinning upwards.
Speed: 5
Weapon: 13
Armor: 7
Traction: 3
Torque: 2

MW:Tesla's Revenge
Image
Back from being an absolute failure in Reign of Steel, this pure concept sawbot returns, mainly inspired by Gloomy. 2WD, with hinged piano wedges where a dustpan would normally be, but it can be swapped out with a solid dustpan if it needs to. Saw arm is angled in order to get a better bite, as well as reaching over any raised contraptions which might keep me from digging into the juicy electronics. It also has two lexan panels that keep spinners from reaching over the chassis and damaging the saw arm. The arm can self-right it, but it's fairly slow.

The two "holding arms" on the dustpan are shock mounted, so they can flex when a spinner hits them. This allows them to absorb impacts much better than just static holding arms.

Speed: 6
Weapon: 11 (10 for the saw, 1 for the arm)
Armor: 7
Traction: 4
Torque: 2

HW: Coldforge 2.0
Image
First time entering this thing into an ARC tourney. 4WD invertible ring spinner, with two overcutting and two undercutting teeth. And that's about it really. Fuck originality :v:
Speed: 5
Weapon: 13
Armor: 8
Traction: 3
Torque: 1

SHW: Statikk Shiv
Image
Hey look! It isn't Phantasmic Slammer! Statikk Shiv features 6WD, a heavily-armored rear plow which wraps around the rear corners, meaning spinners can't aim for them, and a massive pneumatic spike designed to puncture all but the toughest armor (said spike is fully extended in the render, and retracts fully into the chassis). The front wedges are hinged and work exactly the same inverted. The rear plow is static, but it wasn't designed to get under things. It can't be side stranded thanks to those incredibly long spikes at the sides.

Speed: 6
Weapon: 7
Armor: 8 (+2 to the rear plow)
Traction: 6
Torque: 3

With spikes (rear view): http://i.imgur.com/z93YrGH.png

4WD Maximus/Original Sin hybrid rammer. Has a shit-ton of ground clearance to drive over bots, two wedge set-ups (flat-edged and toothed) and a third one, a nice anti-spinner set-up. Anti-monster truck spikes can be added to each wedge set-up, on either side; they are removable and the wedges still work fine when inverted, even with the spikes on. Because all front set-ups are hinged, even the anti-spinner set-up. :v:

4WD... thing. It's female. Has a plow lifter that can work 360 degrees, and some Voltronic-style spikes on said lifter that can also lift, making Mimete a two-stage lifter. The front of it is also incredibly low and features four removable hinged teeth. Also odd body shape because fuck your horizontal spinning weapons.

Speed: 8
Traction: 7
Torque: 4
Armour: 8 (+2 for the scoop, but not the side arms. Just the front)
Weapon: 3 (1 for the scoop, 2 for the Voltronic-like spike inlets)

No more a Ripper knock-off. It's pink. 2WD wedge thing, with static claws near the back to keep robots on the wedge; they are removable for certain situations, replaced by lead ballasts in the midsection of the robot. It's pink. Has a rounded rear for much much easier self-righting, and slightly rounded sides to deter spinners from getting clean shots. Did I mention it's pink?

Note: Has a rear-hinged flipper that is powered by pneumatics, but the pneumatics can be switched out for hydraulics essentially making Cutie Honey a lifter instead. It's basically interchangeable between a lifter and a flipper. She also has a front wedge extender, but the red lifter/flipper bit still acts as a proper wedge even if that bit gets torn off.

Oh.

And it's pink.

New SHW. 4WD grabby-grabby box-wedge. Hinged plow on the front, angled off to the sides, and with an incredibly low lip on the front for leverage. Has a reverse wedge at rear. Has a Splinter-style set-up: two grabbing 'sickles' and a truly barbaric looking hammer/axe., meant for impacts and grappling rather than puncturing, hence the weak power. Both sickles run off the same pneumatic system, so they activate together, fast. Grabbing power is dictated by the weapon power given to them. Can self-right using the axe. Is possible to start with the axe outward, as a sort of keep-away stick. Tribal warfare, bitches.

Speed: 7
Traction: 6
Torque: 4
Armour: 9 (+1 front)
Weapon: 4 (2 for the twin grabbing arms, 2 for the axe)

"The Colour of Awesome"

LW: Scatterbrain

Image

Spd: 12
Tra: 5
Tor: 1
Wep: 2 (5 with +3 bonus)
Arm: 10

Three wheels, three arms, three nice heavy pointy hammer things to hit opponents with. Works using Melty Brain technology, which I shall explain for you now. An accelerometer inside the machine measures its rotational velocity, and uses that to calculate which way it is pointing. By using those calculations, and slightly slowing each wheel in turn, the whole machine can achieve linear motion while spinning. Go team. Totally invertible, totally indefensible and totally insane.

MW: Depth Charge

Image

Spd: 7
Tra: 6
Tor: 2
Wep: 7
Arm: 8

Two-wheel drive clamshell flipper. Nice big wheels to keep itself on the ground, nice big flipper to throw opponents around. Works exactly the same either way up, angled sides and rounded back end to prevent high-siding. Flipper works the same when it's upside down, and it also has the capability to flip itself over to face an opponent behind it.

HW: Stormbringer III

Image

Four wheel drive machine with a hinged drum on one end, which can be spun in either direction, and a large hinged wedge on the other. Both pivot around the same axle, and are designed so the wedge doesn't interfere with the drum, and vice versa. Completely invertible, wedge has rounded sides to prevent high-siding.

SHW: Force Majeure

Spd: 5
Tra: 5
Tor: 3
Wep: 9 (1 Scoop, 8 Axe)
Arm: 8 (+1 Scoop)

The one-two scoop-n-axe punch makes his first official appearance. Tracks for better purchase on the arena floor, and better control in general. Nice wide lifting scoop with a wedged lip for getting underneath, controlling and possibly overturning opponents. Pneumatic, chain-driven axe for putting holes in them. Can also self-right with the axe both forwards and on the backswing, plus some warning lights on the sides of the axe mechanism housing which flash during the match to distract the opposition.

<big>Team Blood Gulch</big>

LW: Nanael

Commissioned by Kody and rendered by Alex V and entered by me. Confused yet? So what we've got here his a bot that has a lifting arm that can be switched out with a scoop. It also has hinged plow protection flanking the lifter. And finally it has a poking spike inside the lifting arm. Now where have I seen that before? 4WD and can move inverted and can use the lifting arm to self right.

Speed: 7
Traction: 6
Torque: 3
Armor: 8 (+2 front wedges)
Weapon: 6 (Lifter: 5 Spike: 1)

MW: Harbinger

An invertible 2WD thwackbot with two front setups. One is standard wedge in the style of ABR, and the other is a plow in the style of Team Blood Gulch ( :v: ). Features a heavy hammer head on the thwack tail.

Speed: 10
Traction: 8
Torque: 4
Armor: 8 (+1 Front Attachment)
Weapon: 0

HW: Meta Ridley

The Space Pirates have rebuilt Ridley&#33; He's still 2WD, but his twin bars have been replaced with a large undercutter disc. The thwack tail has been fortified as well. He can function as an overcutter when inverted.

Speed: 6
Traction: 4
Torque: 1
Armor: 6

SHW: G.R.O.S.S.

A big, 4WD dual bar spinner. Works exactly the same upside down. Or maybe it starts fights upside down and works just as well rightside up. :v:

It sucks going 0-5. You lose all 4 of your bot fights for the week and you also lose at life.

LW- Conqueror 2
Image
With the original Crazy Bots Blazing Ruin runner-up enjoying a well-earned retirement, an all-new Conqueror is here and ready for action&#33; Being a very fast and controllable 2WD, it mostly keeps the same basis as the original Conqueror, but features several new improvements to the design to improve both the looks and fighting capabilities. The Flipper is now two-sided and has had its plumbing refined for stronger flipping/self-righting capabilities and improved versatility, and has wide foam tyres for maximum traction and killsaw resistance.

It's also been specially designed around a very sleek and low chassis with wedging on all sides and minimal corners for maximum resistance against both heavy-hitting weaponry and other wedges, improved width and centre of gravity to make it easier to control/get under opponents and much harder to tip over, and as seen in the above photos has double-layered armour plating on the top and back of its chassis for improved structural integrity and defence. It maintains its usual great speed and agility as well even with the improvements in weaponry and defence, making it a veritable tank.

Returning meaner and tougher than before and with a litany of new improvements behind it, Conqueror 2 is out to sink the hopes of anyone foolhardy enough to pick a fight with it here.

Speed- 7
Traction- 7
Torque- 2
Weapon- 5 (Two-sided Pneumatic Flipper.)
Armour- 9

Notes- Can self-right quickly using the Flipper. The Polycarbonate Strip along the top is removable, and the weapon itself can work as both a front-hinged and rear-hinged Flipper depending on which way it's facing. Is named after the Royal Navy Nuclear Submarine HMS Conqueror.

MW- Bulletproof Bomb
Image
Another old favourite returns&#33; After pulling off a decent run in the previous LORE, Bulletproof Bomb has been reincarnated as a Middleweight, and hopes to improve on its past performances here. Whilst still maintaining its thick armour and great amount of speed and power from its days as a Heavyweight, it now runs on a smaller and more reliable 4WD wheelbase to grant it greatly improved agility and manoeuvrability, now has skirts along the sides for additional protection against wedges and things, and has swapped out its old Spikes and Ramming Blades for a pair of big "shields" on the front to make it much better at handling spinners and keeping opponents trapped.

Its main change however, is in the weapon. The old semi-reliable Lifting Arm has been swapped out for a more powerful Truth or Consequences-style Pneumatic Flipper with a specially-designed wedge for getting under opponents from multiple angles, giving it far greater self-righting ability and attacking potential for when pushing alone simply won't cut the mustard. Powerful and reliable as they come, Bulletproof Bomb is once more ready to rock, old-school style.

Speed- 7
Traction- 6
Torque- 3
Weapon- 6 (Pneumatic Flipper.)
Armour- 8

Notes- Is both invertible, and can self-right reliably using the Flipper. The Front Shields are elevated in front of the main chassis to better absorb damage and protect against powerful attacks. Is named after the Anthill Mob's car, from Wacky Races.

HW- Terminal Velocity
Image
After a two/three year-long hiatus since Ruination: The Beginning, Ice Cubed Robotics' original Monster Flipper is back for another go, completely rebuilt since its original run. It now runs on a much shorter and wider wheelbase with bigger foam tyres for improved traction and control, and a brand new drivetrain that gives it a big boost in terms of speed and power. The defences in particular are greatly improved as well- with much better Armour (Even underneath the Flipper to form two layers of protection from overhead weapons&#33;), a solid wedge behind the front panel for better resilience against heavy-hitting attacks, skirts on the sides for protection against wedges and glancing blows, and a wide front end for scooping up opponents and catching them on the Flipper. It can also equip an optional "Stopper" on top of the wedge to prevent certain opponents monster-trucking over it, and has removable Wedge Extenders.

Of course, it still has the powerful Flipper, serving well as both an offensive weapon and defensive tool- heavily-armoured to provide protection on the top and the front, but it now extends over the front corners as well and maintains the insane level of power it had previously. Simply put- get caught on that, and you're going into Orbit&#33;

Speed- 6
Traction- 6
Torque- 3
Weapon- 7 (Powerful Pneumatic Flipper.)
Armour- 8

Notes- Is both invertible, and can self-right reliably using the Flipper. Both the Stopper and Wedge Extenders are removable. Is named after the highest velocity attainable by an object (Or robots. :v: ) in free fall.

SHW- Black Mamba
Image
The former Crazy Bots Blazing Ruin Semi-Finalist returns, completely rebuilt. She (Yes, she. :P ) is now armed with a powerful traditional Lifting mechanism that is centrally-mounted and can lift up to 140 degrees either way, and is interchangeable with either a pair of long Fangs (With teeth and a hinged wedge between them for additional protection.), or a thick Lifting Scoop with a notch on top for pushing opponents with.

The chassis has also been completely redesigned, being much more compact and well-protected than before. Mamba now has wedges all-round, no corners to really catch onto at the front, and a thick Blood Gulch-style rear Scoop at the back for warding off Spinners (And stopping her getting stuck as she flips herself over.), and has a shorter and wider wheelbase with bigger foam-filled tyres for additional control, manoeuvrability and traction, has a solid Blood Gulch-style Scoop on the back to help ward off Spinners and stop her from getting stuck when she flips herself over.
It's also been designed to be as symmetrical as possible along where the top edges of the skirts are. That means that because of how both the Weapon and Skirts can flip over and work identically when upside-down, she can essentially function the same way when flipped, removing the need for unnecessary self-righting (Against say, a fast Flipper.), but she can still do so if needed.

Improved in just about every way since the last time she competed, Mamba awaits giving the kiss of death to anyone foolhardy enough to face her in the Arena.

Speed- 7
Traction- 7
Torque- 3
Armour-8
Weapon- 5 (Centrally-mounted Lifting mechanism, interchangeable with either Spikes or a Wedge.)

Notes- Is both completely invertible, and capable of self-righting quickly with the Lifter. Interlocking steering prevents the need for reversing its controls when flipped, and the Spikes, Scoop and Skirts are all capable of running inverted.

New shape, better disc, still 4WD, should still do the damage&#33;

Speed: 5
Traction: 5
Torque: 1

MW: Merry Hampton 3

Image

Merry Hampton 3 has now gone into a major redesign in hopes to take it back to top contendership status. It now features 6WD with a high hinged plow/wedge to fend off spinners and prevent axes from getting to the main bot itself. It can be swapped out for a normal looking flatter one with fangs on it to combat flippers and lifters. The rear wedge is also hinged. For battles against flippers and lifters, the rear wedge will be flipped over so if the bot gets thrown over, he'll still have a good wedge to attack with. Thus ending Merry's long tradition of "Useless when flipped" stigma.

The two time champ is back again. Same as last time. Can run both ways up, and can swing the lifting scoop overhead to be the right way up if inverted. Removed the hammers to focus more power to the scoop, and make it more armoured and deal with better protection against flanking. There's a static wedge just behind the scoop to prevent Klarinette from tipping over when lifting.

Named after one of Pyro's axes from Team Fortress 2, Power Jack features an axe on top and a lifting front that can pushed into the ground for leverage and to lift other bots up, but will mainly be used for leverage purposes. It features 4WD and can self right handsomely with the axe. A former Ice Cubed Robotics machine, it's now scaled up and ready for the SHW war that is to come. Interestingly, I'm going the clamping route for this bot, so yes, whilst the bots axe power isn't as strong as you'd expect, it's not actually trying to be a power hammer. And with the lifter at 5 as well as the axe, the clamping effect will be faster and stronger than that on Klarinette's past iteration.

LW ~ Le-Mans

Image

The new and improved Le-Mans has appeared and he's better than ever, The boxy-ness is now gone as the shape of the robot has completely changed. it has sloped sides accomidating side skirts, the ground clearance is lower than previous making it harder for the opponent to deal with. The wedge is more wider and open in order to gain an oppertunity to flip opponents. He is a 4WD robot thathas four wheels

This robot now hoists robust double weaponry, there's the rear hinged and the front hinged flipper that have seperate purposes, the rear flipper is more broad and long in order to get underneath and simply flip the opponent; whilst the front hindged has two jobs which are self righting and also flipping the opponent when ever it is beached on top of Le-Mans.

The sides of the machine are wedges and have skirts added instead of flat plates which deliver's extra protection against spinner's and should resist self impact when slamming against an opponent from an arena wall.

The robot features LED lights from the back to give it a good apperance but also acts like an actual car with sensors, (eg Red light emmits when the robot is slowing down or braking, the orange light emmits and acts as an indicator to tell the driver which way it's going when turning, and white lights flick on whenever the robot is reversing) and like it's previous version it has LED lights in front. Make's the apperance appealing.

MW- Pikabot

Inspired by you know who ;). It hoists two 360 degree forks in order to lift up opponents, it's big wheels are filled inside foam in order to give stronger protection to avoid them blistering. The robot also includes "spike strips" where it prevents the opponent from going over the robot and enable to catch it by using it's forks.

This is now complete transformation off Lumina, renamed, redecorated and up-to-date, the robot which used to be prince-palatine's is now mine :). So I decided to re-name it Rocket Knight. A Storm II-esque look a like :).

It has extra weaponry with spikes in front which can be added, also an extra inverted wedge, these extra bits can be added.

SHW - Chemical Fusion

A complete alteration of the first version of Chemical Reaction. This time it's a triangular robobot featuring an Omniwheel on the back and a huge flywheel on the front, Watch out for this bad boy with that huge weapon of his, it'll be a promising one. An inspiration after researching 259 :).

Has bullet proof armourment which is transparent.

MW undercutter storming in it's first tourney, 2WD, with a big undercutting bar at the front, that acts as overcutter when the bot is inverted, Big plow at the back and rounded front corners so other spinner doesn't destroy it too easily

Named after a creepypasta Pikachu who had gone insane after being abandonned for years by his owner, he went on a psychotic rampage and slaughtered all pokemon in the world he lived in, before turning said world into a much darker and hellish version of itself, and this BRVR, is ready to tear up some bots just like the real did with the pokemon he used to live with

<big><big><big>LIGHTWEIGHT</big></big></big>
B.A.Diglett (aka Mr. D)
Meet B.A.Diglett. Real name Mr. D. My ring spinner with self righting mohawk.
Image

Image
Ring spinner with self-righting mohawk. I know I originally said it was a shell spinner but fuck that, it is a ring spinner with a dome on top of it which houses a mohawk that is also a self-righting arm. A picture that will be made after the deadline (sorry&#33;) will show how this is done, but let me say the ring ends slightly above the "teeth". The teeth are rigid btw, not Mauler-style flingy. 4WD.
Speed: 5
Traction: 4
Torque: 2
Armor: 6
Weapon: 13 (12 for the ring and 1 for the srimech)

<big><big><big>MIDDLEWEIGHT</big></big></big>
Latvian Gambit
Image
I offer a black pawn, like a true Latvian Gambit would&#33;
Image
Check out my main line&#33;
Image
Fully invertible tracked 4-bar lifter, with the 2 bars that are attached to the main body mounted besides the main lifting bar and not underneath it like with conventional 4-bar lifters. U-shaped main body to provide space for aforementioned invertibility.
Image
That last one is Latvian Gambit celebrating one of its many victories. The tracks actually still touch the floor so it can drive around looking like a plonker&#33;
Speed: 7
Traction: 7
Torque: 3
Armor: 8 (+1 to front scoop)
Weapon: 5

<big><big><big>HEAVYWEIGHT</big></big></big>
Jackelyn Cryderman
Image
What I wanted to make is a vertical spinner that can attack opponents coming from an angle, something horizontal spinners are generally better at. But look at my vertical disc&#33; They consist of 2 shells connected by a central axle, powered by a belt between them. 4 Of the teeth stick out sideways to help hitting anything at an angle.
Image
The skirts and low main body at the sides helps too&#33; As soon as anywhere remotely near my sides Jackelyn gets under anything, she can apply differential steering to whack her flywheel in their face.
Image
Jackelyn has 4WD, when not inverted that is. Both front wheels are ordinary wheels, both rear wheels are omniwheels, all are powered by a separate motor. When steering, the 2 front wheels move in opposite directions, the 2 rear wheels remain static. This means the center of the robot's rotation when steering is right between the front wheels. The fact the rear wheels are omniwheels means the won't cause too much friction when steering. Not involving the rear wheels when steering means the narrowness of the rear axle track has no negative consequences.
Image
When inverted, Jackelyn Cryderman has 2WD, moving solely through the 2 rear omniwheels. In this case, these wheels do get used for Jackelyn's differential steering. The disc's direction of rotation can be reversed.
Speed: 5
Traction: 3
Torque: 2
Armor: 7
Weapon: 13

<big><big><big>SUPERHEAVYWEIGHT</big></big></big>
Mandetta
Image
Like Vendetta, only manlier.
Image
Until he's flipped, which reveals Mandetta's other side, Womandetta&#33;
Front wedge and inverted rear wedge, both are hinged around the axis of the wheels opposite the wedge. The axle of the blue wedge forms the arc limiter for the pink wedge. The blue wedge too has arc limiters so it won't flop over in crazy ways. The pink wedge is powered by a motor that can push it onto the floor. Or lift things. In a pinch. The blue wedge has superior armour.
Speed: 8
Traction: 8
Torque: 5
Armor: 8 (+1 blue wedge and supports)
Weapon: 1

Team Yellow Alert

LW:
Microwave
Image]Image
Good ol' trusty Microwave had some issues with faster bots outflanking it.
Problem hopefully solved, wedges on all sides now&#33;
I also felt like the front plow would've been better against spinners without the forks, but there were matches
where it was better off having the forks. I thought about just having detachable forks but instead decided to
have both&#33; Problem hopefully solved: front wedge is clean and has good armor, back wedge has the forks&#33;

Speed: 6
Traction: 3
Torque: 1
Weapon: 13
Armor: 7

MW:
Pterodactyl
ImageImage

Pterodactyl you've uh... changed. :wat:
-The 'front' is now a solid dedicated ABR wedge for facing spinners.
-The 'other front' now has the flipping arm, which goes the opposite way, as well as a pair of ABR forks. That's right lifters, suck it&#33;
No more getting under Pterodactyl just because it can't press&#33;
-Tracks now too. Why? Because. Well, that and it needed either tracks or four wheels for the ABR forks to work, and keeping the shape meant tracks.

Hopefully the changes make it more versatile and offensive than before.

Speed: 7
Traction: 6
Torque: 3
Armor: 8 (+2 to the big wedge)
Weapon: 6

HW:
Gamma Ray
Image
Image

So, yes. I was taking all the drugs when I came up with this one. Gamma Ray is meant to be Microwave's big brother,
sort of like how Stingray is Skate's big brother. The body-length bar is powered by the weapon, using a system of gears
and clutches that can fire it forwards and backwards. It also acts as a stabilizer for hits.

-The ramming bar has a harpoon on the end sort of like Stingray's.
-The advantages of this bot over Microwave are that relative to the rest of the class, the blade is set lower. Since the
weapon motor's above the robot it isn't adding to the height of the main body. Few bots will sneak under without getting hit.
-The ramming bar does *not* fire with the same power as the weapon. It takes a tiny percentage of that.
-The weapon-armor-bonus will only be applied to the spinning weapon, not the ramming bar.

Speed: 5
Traction: 3
Torque: 1
Weapon:13 (controls both the spinning and ramming bar)
Clutch: 1
Armor: 7

*there I changed it and added the clutch leave me alone. :v:

SHW:
In the Red Square...Minion&#33;
ImageImage
Image

It's a FACT and not an OPINION that the #1 superheavyweight bot is Minion&#33;

The former Battlebots champ has been updated for the current metagame. Now:
-It's invertible
-the central hull swings up and down on a hinge that connects with the back wheel axle.
-The remaining wheels are connected by chain to the back wheel--which is directly connected to the drive motors.
-The spinning blade should be a bit easier to aim now that it's wider.
-Chamfered sides on the vertical blade plus the width should help it to absorb horizontal spinner attacks and fling horizontal blades.
-The rear wedge gets the ABR treatment and is also hinged--little weaker from the sides upside-down but still works.

Speed: 6
Traction: 4
Torque: 2
Weapon: 13
Armor: 5
