So far, my money's on Thor for the Wildcard (given that it put up the best fight of the current three and that it was the only one to not get horrifically stomped), but it might be subject to change depending on how the other two guys do.

Ehh idk about Thor this time. They didn't come in as strong as they were last time. Sure they probably would if they didn't have mechanical problems. But mechanical problems can be a deciding factor too. If they persist, it might not be picked for the wildcard
