Bad SHW designs.

So as poor as you think GreenWar was, rest assured there are examples of worse ones.

It sucks going 0-5. You lose all 4 of your bot fights for the week and you also lose at life.

Dirty Shirley wasn't a terrible design imo, it just needed some fine tuning.

Guillotine 2 though... Did anyone even find out what FOTEPX intended that thing to be?

Image

Front hinged ram is the green central rectangle thing as well as the line on the top of the side view, these triangle bits are side wedges but i had no idea how to put them in the side view without it looking awful

That doesn't look too bad, actually! It reminds me a lot of the original Gravedigger with the way the Flipper is laid out. With a bit of fine-tuning to the shape of the chassis, I reckon it could be pretty good.

In all seriousness though. It's a decent, if somewhat basic design.

Hmm... those side wedges...

At first I thought you meant side skirts, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Now I'm actually a bit confused how they're supposed to work.

they're supposed to be side sloped sections of the chassis to deflect spinners and prevent ZK syndrome

Well for the way you have them shaped, you'd be better off switching them to skirts.

The wedges you have are pretty much non-existent at the front which is where most spinners will be hitting you. Skirts will give you more even coverage.

If you can give me a slightly better view of the side skirts, that'll be no trouble at all for me to render.

There, chassis model:

Dimensions are NOT RESPECTED! this is to give you a better idea of the chassis shape, use the drawing for reference
