So my pressing toothed wedge is significantly better than his flat hinged wedge and the static 4WD wedges on it's sides.
Also if he can't get under he can't do anything with his flipper.
Start facing forward with the wedged side (shown above) and wait for him to help the spin up, always facing him. When he is close i can engage with the pressing wedge and get under to land a hit w/ corner damage. Preferably hit his lower-armored side prongs for extra damage.
I should get time to spin up after i hit him as he will get thrown quite far, potentially flipping him.
If i need more time to spin up then i can back away after landing a hit.
Remember, always face him with my weapon.
If it turns out Marksman can somewhat consistently go around my weapon i will turn around and attack with the other side, the one without the wedge. I wont be able to get under for corner damage but i should be able to get flipped and self right without slowing down my spinner at all.
Avoid hazards, try to always spin up, keep facing him to avoid getting flanked or similar things, obligatory don't drive like an idiot, GL HF.

I need to take advantage of his unnaturally long weapon and slow speed. However, I must avoid that weapon at all costs.
Try to keep my opponent near the center of the arena and try driving around him.
After they self-right, their weapon will be pointed in the air and too slow to get on the ground again, so I won't have anything to fear, so just knock them over again. Hopefully, I can get them in an infinite loop of knocking them over again and again.
