Dredd is a quick opponent to deal with, so I can't catch up with him, I'll need to be careful and do some defensive driving. However my hammer has enough power to dent Dredd's armour. I don't want to keep firing my hammer weapon aimlessly since it could shake the robot.

I'll try and bypass the wedge and aim for the back of Dredd where there may be important electronics inside the bot and fire my hammer with some burning fire to go along with it.
