Interesting robot.
I'll use the flipping bar. The plan is to fire it under that big wedge and get him skewered by the gap between his wedge and main body on the top of my bar. OR flip him over, in which case he's weakly invertible and I can easily shove him around from there.
Play it cautious at first and don't overcommit to firing. Just maneuver around slowly, see what he does. Try to get the front vaguely facing him and then fire to scrape my bar under him. Remember, when fully extended the bar forms a static wedge, weighed completely on one point, so it has great priority over other wedges. Winning that frontal exchange is key. No doubt he'll try to sneak around the sides with that control, but it's not awesome control on his part... only slightly better actually... so keep that in mind.
