The big flaw with ring spinners is that when you hold them they can't spin up. Also when you lift them the teeth hit the floor. He's got absolutely nothing but weapon power. Use the Vader Mask, just go right at him, and hope for the best. If I can slow that weapon while still being alive then it should be easy enough to stay on him and push him into things. These 4/2/1 spinners aren't great at getting away.
