Using the forks, try and flank him. If I can, just push him into the hazards whilst sawing.

If not, try and stop the drum by getting under it, and then push into hazards/saw.

Anti-wedge teeth (tiny vertical ones)

Try to angle-in on him at the last minute and then catch those forks up front and fling him. The drum should provide reasonable protection from that saw. Just keep the drum facing him and try to dole out damage first.
