The only thing i really have to worry about is Meanstreak's speed and drum of armageddon!


Distract him with Blue Thunder, flip him around, try to hazard bait him, and then proceed to get Ball Lightning out, flank him, and proceed to destroy his sides with Ball Lightning.

Maybe push him into the pulverizers with Blue Thunder once Ball Lightning's done with him?

Be aggressive, never back down, don't be stupid, avoid his hazard baiting, and be all business, all the time.
