So I outspeed him greatly and can mostly withstand his attacks with my 10 armour. Basically box rush, flip, try not to get flung away, repeat.
If I see him coming at me, don't expose my corners, either turn so he hits my long sides (which won't do a ton of damage) or on my ends (where he gets flipped)
Hang around the edges of the arena, try to get an oota.

The battle plan here is to spin up, and come out towards him. His lifter is on a weird angle so I can smack the main armament of his bot and send him loopy. Don't stay still in one place, hit him, spin up and keep on moving. Avoid the hazards when on the defensive and avoid any baiting tactics should they occur. Get the hits in and limit his chances to counter.
