So I heard you like Black Dogs. Well okay then. Heavyweight: Trident https://i.imgur.com/kdjxKvn.png [More pictures here] A three-wheel drive lifter. The rear wheel can turn 360 degrees, so it basically drives like a forklift, or as it would if it were only 2WD, but with more traction and stability. Can't ...

I finally dumped TinkerCAD! I definitely liked how easy it was to use, and you can do a lot with it, but it is all too easy to just end up with a mess. It's also really slow, has very limited color options, and your renders always end up with this annoying blue grid at the bottom. So, bye Ti...

Ruination: The Upheaval - Ruleset
I like how it's my ruleset now :P
I wouldn't mind a tournament with the rules changed around a bit. It would be a good way to test if rule changes would be broken or not, and the current meta has started to feel kind of stale. Altering some things could make room for more creativity, if done right.

I made a chart about the speed change.
Basically, adding points in speed is less useful now than in the old system, especially for low speed robots.

I was going to CAD this in Blender but I got too lazy, and I was going to wait until other people entered their stuff so no one would counter me but you all are lazy too apparently. So here you are: Whirlpool https://i.imgur.com/QrwoUX2.png https://i.imgur.com/XcMjiAz.png Think...

Blender tutorial that nobody asked for
Blender is several orders of magnitude more complicated than TinkerCAD, but thanks to this guide I'm finally making progress on learning it. Thanks Brad.

This is the depressing part about trying out wacky ideas: when they go wrong and you have to watch them fail week after week. I still think this would work reasonably well IRL, (except against spinners, probably) but this isn't real life. This is ARC, where prongs are useless. QQQQQQQQQQQQQQ Sorry. ...

...that is one fast robot. I mean, at some point, can you even control something like that very well even if the speed/traction ratio is good? Maybe if you're Gary Gin. Anyways... I'm using the shield, because even though, as I'm only realizing now, this robot isn't a smart thwack, I still felt I co...

3 Degrees Of Ripping Off v Rogue Wave
I've got a pretty solid speed and control advantage here. I'm a little worried that his prongs would get under the front of my plow and let his powerful spinner deal some damage to my shell, even as highly armored as it is, but if I come at him from anywhere else I should have a very good chance of ...
