MiDAS vs. Neuromancer
7-7 7-5 3-4 5-5 8-9 Small wheels and twin forks for this fight, please. We're just as fast and manouverable as one another, but I'm better controlled. He also has no way to directly cause me damage, being a pure lifter. Gabe tells me he's using the triangle nose here, focusing all his wedge potentia...

playzooki has been showing no intention of doing anything other than shitpost, and decided to openly insult staff as well. For his efforts he has received an indefinite ban.

MiDAS vs. Compound Fracture
7-7 7-6 3-3 5-3 8-11 Twin forks and ENORMOUS WHEELS for this one, please. We're the same speed, but I have better (and perfect) control, so I should be able to point MiDAS exactly where I want it to go. Plus my superior ground clearance means I'm less likely to get high-centered on rubble, and can s...

RoBattle LW Week 1 Pinball Megathread
Straight down the middle and over the see-saw to begin with, then time a run between the two blockers for the 75-point target. Through the car door next, then along the side of the arena to the nearest 50-point target. Head back up to the top of the arena and take down both stacks of barrels, before...

Effective design, crazy paint scheme, I'm liking this! Bonus wheels at the back are a neat idea, but I'm reminded of Gemini's anti-wheelie bars in Extreme/S5, would they allow the robot to become stranded on the back panel?

>foam wheels
>8 armour
yeah that sounds about right
Certainly an intriguing concept, though, and I think the sort of thing that could really perform well in RoBattle. Provided it doesn't fall over.

I am quite liking that design there, it should perform well given the tournament. Looking forward to seeing it in action.

Three bots so far are looking very well designed. Rainbow coloring on Revenant really makes it pop. If it were me, though, I'd give Excessive Force a slightly shorter and wider stance, to make it easier to keep the drum pointed at opponents and prevent them getting to your sides as easily. Goldschla...

Tweaked Force Majeure a little bit in Rhino 6. Added a gap in the scoop so it can be raised while the axe fires, and made an alternate scoop with narrower ABR sides to save weight for some anti-overhead protection. Don't worry, they don't interfere with the self-righting. https://i.imgur.com/7wzoD3H...

Five, seven, both primes.
Also two and twenty-nine.
But not sixty-three.

One entrant for TriHunter's RoBattle trial tournament thing. 4WD invertible box with plenty ground clearance and a sawblade on a 360 degree moveable arm. Designed not to control other bots or cause massive damage, but just to keep on rolling no matter what it faces.
